We actively support Make-a-Wish San Diego.
Organized by the Coronado, Coronado Cays, and Navy Yacht Clubs, this day of adventure is modeled after the TV show “The Amazing Race”, with a variety of team challenges on both bikes and boats followed by a great party with awesome raffle prizes and auction items, food and music at the Coronado Cays Yacht Club.
The 2023 Yacht Club for Wishes event will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at the Coronado Cays Yacht Club. Catalyst Enterprises, LLC is supporting the team, CCYC Rockin’ Riders captain Becky Locke, led by Lisa Brenden. Wishes are waiting. Catalyst Enterprises, LLC has been a long-time supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation through time, talent and treasure with the San Diego-based Yacht Clubs for Wishes program. Make-A-Wish provides funding for children with life threatening illnesses. When a child is suffering from a severe illness, the family suffers right along. Watching a child and his/her family experience a wish is extremely rewarding.
Catalyst Enterprises, LLC has donated directly as well as through silent auction items. The patriotic quilt, made by Trisha Millonig, reflects the nature of the area and spirit of San Diego. We have actively participated on the organizing committee as well as on the race teams. More than $1,000,000 has been raised in the last decade through this event.
